Blues and related music @ the Bridge Inn, Topsham. Acoustic only but solo artists and duos are always very welcome. And if you don't play anything - which means that you're probably very sane - sit down and enjoy one of the Bridge's fine ales. We try to kick off the proceedings about 8.30pm so if you want to strut your stuff, it's a good idea to get in a few minutes early.

JOHNNY MARS, JUNKYARD ANGELS and THEE HORSE

Hey ! Time to banish those Xmas/December/Another Grey Day Blues with a night of steaming Blues and R n' B. from the 'Home Team'. JOHNNY MARS has been dubbed the 'Jimi Hendrix' of the harmonica and his career since landing in the UK back in the golden 'Sixties, has seen him play alongside everyone from B.B.KING, MAGIC SAM and THE PAUL BUTTERFIELD BLUES BAND, to recording with Bananarama.

JUNKYARD ANGELS have been lying suspiciously low recently but welcome Jeff Horsey back on Harmonica for this special evening, as well as having the Launceston Harmonica ace perform a short solo set in his alter ego Thee Horse.

This will be Kim's third visit, with her unique version of Americana, not quite blues, not quite Country, in fact it defies categorization. All original songs, including a lot from her most recent album, "Wreck your Wheels" as well as the old favourites like "Straight as the Crow Flies".
